Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and, should this not be the case, please contact us and we will work with you to find a solution.
Please note that our soap is made in small batches and cut by hand. As a result, there will be natural variations in the size, shape, and color of our bars; each bar is unique. Additionally, our packaging may vary from what is displayed in the online product listing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if an item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Any damage must be reported within two business days. If an item arrives damaged, save the original packaging and send a photo along with a description of the problem to email@example.com.
